Hey, {{first_name | friend}}!
We asked, you answered. Last week, we posed the question: do you prefer shows that drop one episode a week, or those that release the whole season at once? Believe it or not, 92% of reader responses preferred the binge model. To say I was shocked by those numbers would be an understatement. Y’all are passionate binge-watchers!
Speaking of strong opinions, our team at Pix got into it last week debating the worst movie ever made, and somehow we ended up rediscovering Mean Girls 2, an abomination that never should have existed (you can’t mess with perfection). And it got me thinking that surely some of you have suffered through worse.
So tell me, what’s the worst movie or show you’ve ever seen? Let me know by replying to this email.
Anyway, life’s too short for bad entertainment. Keep reading to discover the best new shows and movies that are worth your time this week. Happy streaming!
P.S. If you want even more curated picks and a community of fellow viewers to experience them with, my new newsletter, Worth the Watch, is free through May 25 as part of Pix Plus. Join the free preview here!

With Kerry Condon, Chris Messina, and Damian Lewis rounding out a stacked supporting cast, it's the kind of WWII epic you'll want to see on a big screen. Only in theaters May 29.
Up Next: Biggest Mid-Week Premieres
Both picks this week run on crime-thriller fuel: one rooted in a real-life undercover operation, the other a high-octane espionage spectacle.

One of TV’s most expensive shows ever (Season 1 reportedly cost $300 million) is finally back. Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra Jonas return as agents of a destroyed spy agency now racing to stop a globe-spanning conspiracy. All seven episodes drop at once, making for the perfect mid-week binge.

Legends
Streaming May 7 on Netflix
In early-’90s Britain, with drugs flooding the streets and customs losing the war at the borders, a small team of customs agents was sent undercover to infiltrate the country’s most dangerous gangs. The wild part? It really happened, and the operation stayed top secret for decades.
